Williams Karate Academy welcomes people of any ability aged 4 and upwards. Before committing to our training, we recommend that you attend a complimentary class to give you a taster of what it is like and see if you enjoy it.

You do not need any special equipment for your first karate class but if you commit to training then you can purchase a Gi (pronounced ghee) with a white belt which you can buy from our online shop. As you improve your skills you will be graded and the colour of your belt will indicate your ability (with black belt being the highest level).
